Land. Power. Capital. Offtake.
How TON Brings It All Together.

There is no shortage of opportunity in this industry. There is a significant shortage of opportunity that can actually execute.

We see a lot of projects. Sites with compelling economics, interesting locations, credible sponsors. And most of them have the same problem: the fundamentals aren’t in place. The land isn’t secured. The power is theoretical. The equipment strategy is deferred. The capital stack is a conversation, not a commitment.

TON’s role is to bridge that gap — to do the work of assembling the pieces that turn a promising opportunity into an operational site. We don’t show up when everything is ready. We show up to make it ready.

What We’re Building Toward

Before we bring infrastructure, capital, or partners to a project, we need to be able to answer the same set of questions that any serious investor or operator would ask. Not because we’re screening projects out — but because our job is to make sure those answers exist.

Land. Is it secured? Owned or controlled with a clear path to development? If not, what does it take to get there and can we help?

Power. Is there an identified source with a defined delivery timeline? Utility interconnection or behind-the-meter generation — either can work. What we’re solving for is the gap between “there’s power nearby” and “power is committed and on a timeline.”

Interconnection. If the project is connecting to the grid, is the process underway? The interconnection queue is one of the most common places projects stall. We understand how that process works and how to move through it efficiently.

Equipment. Are the major equipment decisions in motion — generation, transformers, cooling, switchgear? Lead times in this industry are long. A project that hasn’t started thinking about equipment isn’t on a credible timeline, and we help change that.

Permitting. Is the path understood? What’s required, what’s the timeline, where are the risks? We help map this and navigate it.

Connectivity. Fiber and network options are often an afterthought that creates real operational problems. We treat it as a first-order consideration from the start.

Capital. Is there a clear path to financing the project? We help form and align the capital stack — connecting projects with the right sources of capital for what they’re building.

Offtakers. Who is buying the power or the compute? A project without a clear offtake strategy is a project with revenue risk that hasn’t been addressed. We help identify and secure offtake relationships that make the economics real.

How TON Bridges the Gap

The reason most projects don’t execute isn’t that the opportunity isn’t real. It’s that assembling all of these pieces simultaneously — land, power, equipment, capital, offtake — requires relationships, experience, and bandwidth that most development teams don’t have on their own.

TON brings all of that to the table. We have the relationships with landowners, utilities, equipment suppliers, capital providers, and offtakers to move projects from concept to execution. We’ve done this across multiple jurisdictions — Canada, the United States, Nigeria — in environments that range from straightforward to genuinely difficult.

We know what executable looks like because we’ve built it, repeatedly, in conditions that tested every assumption.

What Makes a Project Compelling to Us

We’re particularly interested in projects that can start at 10 to 20MW and scale. We want to establish operations, prove the model, and grow into the full opportunity — not wait for everything to be perfect at full scale before anything starts.

Near-term energization milestones matter. Every month between today and first hash is carrying cost and opportunity cost. Projects that are close to power-on are categorically different from projects where energization is years away.

A credible development team matters too. The site is only part of the equation. The people executing it are the other part. We evaluate both, and we bring our own operational expertise to complement what’s already on the ground.

If Your Project Isn’t There Yet

We’re not only interested in projects that have everything figured out. We’re interested in projects where the opportunity is real and the gaps are bridgeable.

If you have land but need power strategy, we can work on that. If you have power but need capital and offtake, we can work on that. If you have most of the pieces but need an experienced infrastructure operator to bring it together, that’s exactly what we do.

The question we ask at the start of every conversation is simple: can this execute? If the answer is yes, or if we can help make it yes, we want to talk.

We build. We deploy. We mine. ⚡
